Ohh me aching bones - Osaka chirporactor and acupuncturist does the job
Recently I had an old back problem come back to haunt me and if you know anything about injuries like this they are not fun especially if you’re on holiday or need to work.
Luckily a friend put me in touch with an excellent chiropractor so I thought I’d share the info with you. Mr Toshinaga is a very no nonsense chiropractor who offers not only a quick bone crunch but also acupuncture and strange vacuum therapy which feels like you’re being electrocuted by a sponge. Anyways, it did the trick and very reasonable on the wallet too.
Unfortunately he doesn’t speak Japanese so you’ll have to go with a Japanese friend if you can’t speak, but when you get there it may be possible to get by by pointing and groaning.
His phone number is 072 761 1844 and clinic hours are 9-1130am and 4pm - 7.30pm Mo, Tu, We, Fr and open only Saturday mornings. He is closed Thursday, Sat pm, Sunday and National Holidays. You don’t need an appointment, but it’s best to call to introduce yourself.
Its a bit of a pain to get to, but his clinic is hidden away in Ishibashi which is on the Hankyu line, accessible from Umeda by fast train (15 minutes).
Take the West exit and turn left at the fish shop. Walk down the shopping street for about 5 minutes until you reach a large discount vegetable and drink shop on the right. There is a small alley next to this which you walk down 10 meters and outside the clinic is this sign.
